prayer

Our Goal

Our goal is to help Christians develop a Spirit-led powerful prayer life, thereby growing in love in their personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, our Savior. We also wish to help people learn to reach out in love to others through intercessory prayer for CCPC's fellowship, our community and the world. Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We believe that Christians are to be devoted to God in prayer and that God moves in response to the prayers of His people.

Want to pray? Want others to pray for you? Come to CCPC’s Prayers of the People meeting (open to anyone) on Wed evenings at 6:30 pm in room CLC201.

Please feel free to join the elders in prayer every Sunday morning at 7:45 in the fireside room before first service. Help build CCPC into a house of prayer (Is 56:7). Everyone is welcome! There is great joy in heaven over one sinner who repents (Luke 15:7).

You are welcome to join others in the prayer room (across from the church office) to pray for and during the Sun morning worship service at 8:30 or 11:00 am; or come early before the worship services to pray in the sanctuary.
