Although we don't agree with absolutely everything each book says and they are not all written from a Christian perspective, all are worthy reads. Many are in our church library. Enjoy!

A Fresh Look in our Library!

Come take a new look at the marriage and parenting books in the CCPC library.  Parenting books used to be scattered, but we have consolidated and reorganized them to make them easier to find, and the shelves now have color-coded labels.  When you enter the library, immediately turn right and go to the section with pink labels.  This is our marriage and family section.  The parenting books are on the bottom 3 shelves with labels to point you to the main topics.  Special topics on the bottom shelf include single parenting, money, home school, disabilities, technology and culture, violence, death, divorce and other family problems.  The last section contains Christian sex education books.

You are all welcome to use our collection; you don't need to be church members.  Just be sure to fill out the check-out card inside the front of the book with your name and home phone, and leave it at the desk.  As you look at parenting books, your back is against our picture book collection, and as you look around you will find books and media for school-age children nearby.  During the week you may have to turn on the light, but the library should be unlocked during regular business hours.

Thanks for visiting and maybe I will see you there!  Carol Robinson, Librarian
