who we are

Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church exists to love God and love others. We look forward to walking through life with you. We want to be a place of change and growth for you.

One characteristic of our fast-paced culture is our longing for roots. CCPC realizes that we are part of an ancient faith with glorious traditions. Yet our God, the "Ancient of Days," is timeless. We revel in the great traditions of our spiritual heritage while making them accessible to people today. In short, we as a church seek to be both rooted and relevant.

We also want to equip you to live life to its fullest. We want to help strengthen you and your family and encourage you in your life's work. We do this by sharing the Gospel of Jesus - and by connecting you with others who want to grow. The ministries of our church are designed to do all that and more.

Our Vision

To bring Jesus Christ to our Jerusalem (the communities surrounding the Denver Tech Center), our Judea and Samaria (the Denver Metro region), and the ends of the earth according to the promise of God in Acts 1:8. We call this "Vision 1.8."

Our Mission

By God’s grace, we are making and becoming wholehearted disciples of Jesus Christ who bring glory to God and blessing to our world.

Our Beliefs

We hold to Biblical Christianity and affirm the essentials of the historic Christan faith.  Our confessional statements are: The Essentials of The Faith, The Westminster Confession of Faith, The Westminster Larger and Shorter Catechisms. Further reading can be found on the EPC's site.

Our Denomination

Cherry Creek belongs to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC), a denomination that is Reformational in doctrine, Presbyterian in government, and Evangelical in spirit. The motto of the EPC is: "In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things charity."
