Pastor Brad Strait, Senior Pastor

Brad Strait joins Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church as Senior Pastor from South Fellowship Church, an independent evangelical church in Littleton, Colorado where he served as Senior Pastor since 1996. Prior to that role, Brad served for eight years in several positions at CCPC including Administrative Pastor, Pastor of Congregational Life, Pastor of Caring and Singles Pastor. His primary pastoral interests lie in shepherding, leading, mentoring in light of spiritual formation and individual counseling.

Brad holds a B.S. in Management from Leeds School of Business (CU) and a Master of Divinity degree (Pastoral Counseling, 1991) from Denver Seminary where he is now completing his doctorate in Preaching and Leadership. He was ordained into the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) during his time at CCPC, and is involved with EPC government at the level of presbytery and has chaired both the Ministerial and Care of Candidates Committees. He is Adjunct Professor at Denver Seminary, teaching courses in areas of leadership, evangelism and spiritual formation, and has also taught at Colorado Christian University and St. Pius X Seminary in Mumbai, India.

Pastor Bruce Finfrock, Family Ministries Pastor (Associate)

photo of bruce finfrockBruce Finfrock accepted a call from the Session of Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church to be the Assistant Pastor of Family Ministries in August 2004. His responsibilities include working as a team with Children's Ministry, Student Ministry and Weekday School Ministry staff to develop a cohesive "cradle through college" Christian Education program for the church. In 2006 he was promoted to Associate Pastor status by the Presbytery of the West.

Bruce has been involved in Christian Education ministry for thirty years in California, Illinois, and Colorado and also served as Senior Pastor of an Evangelical Covenant Church in Arizona for five years. Bruce has a bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Biola University, a master's degree in Christian Education from Talbot Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary.

Pastor Zac Hicks, Pastor of Worship & Liturgy (Associate)

zhicksZac Hicks grew up in Hawaii, attended music school in Los Angeles, and studied at Denver Seminary before coming aboard to oversee the ministry of worship at CCPC. Zac's training and passions straddle the worlds of traditional and modern music and worship, and his primary calling as a pastor is to see that the ministry of worship at CCPC is vital, authentic, and relevant, even as it attempts to engage in a diversity of expression. Pastor Dave Strunk, Pastor to Young Adults (Assistant)

strunkDavid Strunk hails from God's blessed country in East Tennessee, where he attended the University of Tennessee. Dave discovered, though, that God had blessed another place too, called Colorado. Dave earned his Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, all the while attending and becoming more involved at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church. Dave was ordained in November of 2010 and serves on staff in many areas: college, young adults, and our connect ministry.
